By using dankmoonpics.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the site. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can order
You need to be at least the age of majority in your location, or have a parent or guardian place the order, and provide accurate, complete information. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account or order details.
3. Products & print-on-demand
Our products are printed to order through third-party print-and-fulfillment partners. Because each item is made individually, slight variations in color, placement, and fit are normal and not defects. Product images and mockups are illustrative; the moon may look danker in person.
4. Prices & payment
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product was mispriced or appears fraudulent — and to refund you if we do.
5. Shipping & returns
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on our fulfillment and shipping partners. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days at hola@dankmoonpics.com and we'll make it right. Because items are made to order, we may be unable to accept returns simply due to change of mind.
6. Intellectual property
The Dank Moon Pics name, logo, designs, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without permission. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt — not the rights to the artwork on it.
7. User submissions
If you send us content — like a moon pic for Instagram — you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and repost it in connection with Dank Moon Pics, with credit where practical. Don't submit anything you don't own or that infringes someone else's rights.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't use the site to break the law, infringe rights, scrape or disrupt our systems, or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend access or cancel orders if you do. Be cool; it's a moon merch store.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except those that can't be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Dank Moon Pics isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Changes, governing law & contact
